I have successfully used Bafa Bafa with clients with challenges ranging from merging several manuafacturing plants together to better understanding the obstacles to communication between employees, administration, board of supervisors, and the citizens they serve. Wanna get your new employees on board and BELIEVING that your organization values diversity? Run them through BaFa BaFa as part of your on-boarding process. I use this simulation for just that purpose. It's powerful, engaging and a welcome change from the 150 PowerPoint slides you've already tortured them with.

Debrief the simulation around the notion of being a stranger in a strange land--a notion that is pretty close to how most new employees feel as they join your company.
