The Power of Leadership is purchased in two Pieces:
- A Reusable Director’s Kit (shown here).
- One set of participant materials for each person going through the program (see related items here).
The Director’s Kit is reusable and has everything the facilitator needs, including step by step instructions for setting up, running and debriefing the program. It includes audio files, a three winged board used to simulate an office environment, scoring chips, voting chips, decks, detailed diagrams and step by step instructions (including Videos) for discussing the experience and bringing the learnings back into the classroom.
