The Director's Kit has everything the facilitator needs for setting up, running and debriefing the program. It includes new Alpha and Beta culture video instructions, powerpoints, detailed diagrams, wall chart and step by step instructions for discussing the experience and bringing the learnings back into the workplace. Each set of participant materials has everything one person needs to participate in the program. It includes all of the ancillary artifacts and materials needed to participate and discuss the BaFa' BaFa' experience. -
Rafa’ Rafa’ is a real time, face to face, non-computer based, cross cultural simulation for students in the fifth through eighth grade. It takes a minimum of one and one-half hours to run and accommodates 12 to 40 participants. All materials to run the simulation are included in the reusable kit. -
