Take a video tour of our cultural awareness/diversity/inclusion experiential training program BaFa' BaFa'.  This videos details the who, what and why schools and charitable organizations use the world famous cross cultural awareness/diversity/inclusion simulation BaFa' BaFa'. In BaFa' BaFa' participants come to understand the powerful effects that culture plays in every person's life by experiencing it themselves. It may be used to help participants prepare for living and working in another culture or to learn how to work with people from other departments, disciplines, genders, races, and ages.

Dr. Garry Shirts developed BaFa' BaFa' with the intention of not only making participants aware of how profoundly cultural differences can impact the behavior of individuals, but to take an actionable step further for individuals to be inspired by the energy & creativity that comes out of cultures coming across common problems and utilizing their individual experiences to solve that problem.

Interactive, Engaging, Effective and Safe – the Schools and Charities Version of BaFa’ BaFa’ helps participants build awareness of how cultural differences can profoundly impact people. The simulation motivates participants to rethink their behavior and attitude toward others. It allows participants to examine their own bias and focus on how they perceive differences. BaFa' BaFa' helps participants examine how stereotypes are developed, barriers created, and misunderstandings magnified. BaFa' BaFa' is a facilitator led, classroom style experiental program which can be purchased and easily implemented into your curriculum.
