Dr. Garry Shirts developed StarPower with the intention to develop a simulation game to help students understand racism. Since it's inception, StarPower has been used in countless settings with a wide range of focuses including Leadership, Use & Abuse of Power, Social Justice, Diversity, Ethics, Systems thinking and much more.
