Power of Leadership participant materials are the companion piece to the Power of Leadership Director's Kit. Each person going through the program needs their own set. -
Note: the photo shows an example of 12 sets of participant materials which are presorted and ready to use. Each person going through the program needs one (1) set of participant materials. Each set of participant materials has everything one person needs to participate in the program. It includes all of the ancillary artifacts and materials needed to participate and discuss the BaFa' BaFa' experience. -

- One "Live" event for up to 100 participants.
- One "Practice" event, in which the Facilitator can explore the system, test with support staff and prepare for the real event.
- A detailed Director's Guide which include step by step instructions on how to set up, run and discuss the simulation. This includes annotated tips and suggestions cultivated from years of experience running the program.
- Customizable discussion questions designed to be adapted by the Facilitator to best fit your training objectives.

Rafa’ Rafa’ is a real time, face to face, non-computer based, cross cultural simulation for students in the fifth through eighth grade. It takes a minimum of one and one-half hours to run and accommodates 12 to 40 participants. All materials to run the simulation are included in the reusable kit. -
StarPower Virtual Live Directors Kit includes:
- Detailed directors guide with step by step directions to set up, run & discuss this experience.
- Customizable decks for presenting simulation rules and for leading the discussion and analysis.
- One test event for facilitators to practice and prepare for event.
- One live event for up to 45 participants.

This is the updated version of the original, well thought out, and professionally published version of Guns or Butter. There are many knock-off versions available for download that are poor copies. The schools & charities version of StarPower is a facilitator led, real time, face to face based simulation of an organization or society in which leaders are given unlimited powers to make and change the rules of the simulation. -
The Power of Leadership Director's Kit has two pieces:- A Tri-Board which symbolizes the organizational structure.
- A Director's Briefcase which includes audio files, video files, wall charts, trading chips, bags for drawing chips, voting chips and more.
